The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) delivers strategic and operational HR support to designated business units. Operating within our HR Business Partner model, you will partner closely with the Director, Human Resources and HR Centres of Expertise to deliver integrated people solutions for the Product organization. This role focuses on aligning people strategies with business goals, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and supporting a high-performance culture.
Serve as a strategic and operational HR partner to Product leaders, supporting day-to-day and longer-term people initiatives in alignment with business priorities.

Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including analysis, recommendations, and execution, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and company policies.
