Role overview
Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital customer support products.
The portfolio includes chatbots, virtual assistants, self-service journeys, knowledge management platforms, and emerging AI capabilities.
The role combines product management, vendor management, AI innovation, and customer experience leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the roadmap for digital customer support capabilities.
- Optimize self-service journeys and automate high-volume support interactions.
- Lead chatbot and virtual assistant strategy, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Implement AI-powered support capabilities in line with responsible AI, risk, security, and governance standards.
- Own knowledge management platform strategy, governance, lifecycle, and content quality.
- Manage technology vendors and partner across business, technology, compliance, risk, and data teams.
- Define success metrics and report business impact, priorities, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Required experience
- At least 5 years of product management or product ownership experience.
- Experience managing customer-facing digital products.
