Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our People & Culture team supporting our Private Hospitals across Western Australia.
This is a diverse and impactful role partnering with hospital leaders to provide strategic and practical HR advice across workforce planning, employee relations, performance, organisational change and broader people priorities.
You will work closely with senior leaders to understand their operational challenges, provide commercially sound people solutions and support initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and engagement.
Working as a trusted partner to hospital executives and leaders, you will play an important role in supporting the continued growth and performance of Ramsay’s WA hospital network.
Please note, this is a 0.9 FTE opportunity (68.4 hours per fortnight).
You will partner closely with hospital leaders to provide practical HR solutions that support both people and business outcomes.
