Registered Nurse - ICU

We are seeking motivated RNs to join our busy ICU ward at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a member of our clinical team you will be planning, evaluating and delivering care to patients with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our patients. About You You will be a trained nurse with exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:

Current registration with AHPRA (Registered Nurses)

Minimum of 12 months experience

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster

Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.

Remuneration

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $40.24 - $56.52 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
