About the Role

  • As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding operational needs and translating them into practical human resources solutions. You will support workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initia

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational departments to understand business needs and provide HR solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Analyze organizational and workforce challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve productivity and workplace effectiveness.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across assigned departments.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles, individual development plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR centers of excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning & Development, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Participate in workforce planning and align staffing requirements with operational and expansion plans.
  • Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and compliance, and prepare data driven reports and recommendations.
  • Monitor key workforce trends and propose initiatives to improve retention and employee satisfaction.
  • Support managers in organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to enhancing employee experience by recommending practical and impactful initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic HR programs and cross functional projects within the Human Capital division.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or organizational support roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical ability and data interpretation skills.
  • Problem solving and advisory capabilities.
  • Ability to manage initiatives and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills.

Preferred Training

  • Specialized training in HR Business Partnering.
  • Training in Performance Management.
  • Courses in Workforce Analytics and HR Operational Planning.

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

Performance Measurement

  • Performance will be evaluated based on business unit satisfaction, effectiveness in resolving workforce and organizational challenges, consistency in applying HR policies, quality of HR analytics and reporting, and contribution to performance improvement and employee retention initiatives.
