About the Role

  • As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders by understanding operational needs and translating them into practical human resources solutions.
  • You will support workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational departments to understand business needs and provide HR solutions.
  • Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and workforce planning.
  • Analyze organizational and workforce challenges and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance appraisal cycles, individual development plans, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR centers of excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Participate in workforce planning and align staffing requirements.
  • Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and compliance.
  • Support managers in organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to enhancing employee experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR performance indicators and departmental trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or organizational support roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical ability and data interpretation skills.
  • Problem solving and advisory capabilities.
  • Ability to manage initiatives and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills.

Preferred Training

  • Specialized training in HR Business Partnering.
  • Training in Performance Management.
  • Courses in Workforce Analytics and HR Operational Planning.

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
