Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to
- Primary point of contact for new hires, providing critical support to both candidates and hiring managers during onboarding.
- Send on-boarding invitations through our HRIS, working closely with our recruiters to make sure all new hires have completed the necessary paperwork.
- Responsible to ensure the timely execution and completion of workflow for each new employee.
- Ensure timely entry of employee’s documentation into E-Verify.
- Plan, schedule and conduct new hire orientations and on-boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Manage and maintain HR information, accurately enter new hire critical information, i.e., salary, title, reporting manager, changes to benefits, salary, etc.
- Maintain integrity of record keeping for all employees. Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation within our HRIS.
- Perform periodic audits of HRIS files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and saved appropriately.
- Identify innovative and creative new ways to onboard new employees/reach a more scalable and measurable onboarding experience.
- Work collaboratively with all departments in supporting HR programs, including recruiting, hiring managers, IT, security and payroll to support process improvements and effectiveness of policy/procedural changes.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Support all internal and external HR related Inquiries and requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field a plus
