- Manage Saudi HR Operations and Workforce Administration

- Handle Payroll Management, EOSB, Leave Encashment, and Employee Benefits Administration
- Process Iqama, Work Permits, Employment Visas, Medical Insurance, and Employee Mobilization
- Utilize government portals such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad
- Manage Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Reporting
Requirements
- 8+ years overall HR experience
- Minimum 2+ years in Saudi Arabia
- Strong expertise in Saudi HR Operations and Workforce Administration
- In depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR Compliance
- Hands on experience in Payroll Management, EOSB, Leave Encashment, and Employee Benefits Administration
- Experience handling Iqama, Work Permits, Employment Visas, Medical Insurance, and Employee Mobilization
- Working knowledge of Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and other government portals
- Mandatory experience within the Manufacturing Industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
