Responsibilities
- Implement HSE policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Saudi HSE Regulations, OSHA & ISO 45001
- Conduct workplace safety inspections
- Perform Risk Assessment & Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
- Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) systems
- Supervise safety during Steel Fabrication, Galvanizing, Welding & Cutting, Painting, Assembly, Loading Activities, Transmission Tower Manufacturing
- Monitor lifting operations using cranes, forklifts & heavy equipment
- Inspect scaffolding, confined spaces, excavation & work at height activities
- Ensure proper use of PPE
- Conduct Safety Induction Programs
- Deliver Toolbox Talks
- Train employees on Fire Safety, First Aid & Emergency Response
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Safety (Full Time / Regular Mode Only)
- Mandatory Certification: NEBOSH
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Mandatory Experience: Transmission Line Manufacturing Projects
- Age between 25 and 40 years
