Reporting to the ANZ HSE Manager (Industrial, Infrastructure, Training Services, White Collar), you will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all areas of our work. This hands-on role involves working closely with leaders, frontline teams, and clients to strengthen safety practices. You will be encouraged to think creatively, explore new ideas, and grow your HSEQ expertise across a diverse range of industries.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Prior experience working in a Health, Safety, Environment or Quality role, from any/variety of industries.
Formal qualifications in Health and Safety.
Knowledge and understanding of current OHS legislation, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, and standards.
Excellent communication, time management and analytical skills.
The ability to engage and influence stakeholders to effect change and produce results.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new applications and programs easily.
A current valid Driver's license
Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
Exposure to incident investigation ICAM methodology (desirable but not essential).
