- Develop and deliver HSE training programs including inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized safety courses.
- Conduct ADNOC required trainings such as H2S Awareness, Confined Space Work (CSW), Permit to Work (PTW), Risk Assessment (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Life Saving Rules (LSR).
- Provide defensive driving, work at height, confined space, and emergency response training as required.
- Assess and evaluate worker competency through tests, observations, and practical assessments.
- Maintain accurate training records, matrices, and certification logs.
- Coordinate with HSE team and management to identify training needs and gaps.
- Support incident investigations by identifying training related deficiencies.
- Ensure all training materials comply with ADNOC standards and project requirements.
- Conduct refresher training sessions and awareness campaigns.
- Liaise with external training providers and certification bodies when required.

- Knowledge of ADNOC standards and project requirements
