- Deliver ADNOC approved HSE training programs
- Conduct HSE inductions, refresher training, and toolbox training sessions
- Develop training materials, presentations, examinations, and practical assessments
- Maintain training records and competency matrices
- Support contractor workforce competency assurance programs
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements, Life Saving Rules, PTW, WMS, Risk Assessment, H2S, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, Lifting Operations, and Emergency Response requirements
- Participate in HSE audits and inspections
- Prepare monthly training statistics and KPI reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline
- NEBOSH IGC certification
- IOSH Managing Safely certification
- Train the Trainer (TOT) certification
- Work Management System (WMS) knowledge
- HABC / First Aid Trainer certification
- Fire Safety Trainer Certification
- Approved ADNOC Instructor Certification if applicable

Role Overview
- HSE trainer should develop, deliver, assess, and continuously improve Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) training programs in accordance with ADNOC requirements, company HSE Management Systems, UAE regulations, and international best practices.
- The HSE Trainer shall ensure personnel competency through classroom, practical, and on site training while promoting a strong safety culture and operational excellence.
- ADNOC training expectations emphasize standardized training, competency development, HSE induction, Work Management System (WMS), risk management, process safety, and Life Saving Rules awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ADNOC approved HSE training programs.
- Conduct HSE inductions, refresher training, and toolbox training sessions.
- Develop training materials, presentations, examinations, and practical assessments.
- Maintain training records and competency matrices.
- Support contractor workforce competency assurance programs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
