Role overview
Monitor and ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across site operations.
The role is based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections for compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
- Identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance issues and report them promptly.
- Ensure proper PPE use and adherence to safety regulations.
- Monitor work activities to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Maintain inspection reports, incident records, and related documentation.
- Participate in audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on QHSE requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a construction or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of QHSE standards and regulations.
- Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are preferred.
