- Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and regulatory requirements across regions
- Conduct routine site HSE inspections and walkthroughs with corrective actions
- Verify method statements, job safety analysis, and task risk assessments
- Monitor site security arrangements affecting HSE
- Maintain and support Permit to Work system
- Support incident and accident reporting
- Deliver HSE induction to new employees, visitors, and subcontractors
- Promote a reporting culture for near misses and unsafe conditions
Requirements
- Experience in HSE role in construction or similar industry
- Knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in digital HSE tools and platforms
- Strong communication and coaching skills

Strategic
- Predictive risk management and implementation across the work environment
- Proactive hazard control and predictive hazards analytics
- Provide behavioral based coaching of stakeholders to attain sustainable and safe environment
- Implement digital transformation by deploying HSE digital platforms
- Implement and maintain safe and sustainable work culture
- Optimize performance by implementation of standard rules, regulations, and innovative ideas
- Rollout of approved HSE plans and policies
- Utilize company digital tools to generate, collect, review, and report all HSE operational workflow
- Ensure all HSE related information and instructions communicated in writing via official platforms
- Arrange project security arrangements in line with company standard procedures and legal requirements
- Propose innovative and practical improvements that enhance HSE processes
- Provide periodic analysis and review of leading and lagging indicators to project management
Operational
- Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and regulatory requirements across regions
- Conduct routine site HSE inspections and walkthroughs with photographs and corrective actions
- Verify method statements, job safety analysis or task risk assessments are available and communicated
- Monitor site security arrangements affecting HSE
- Ensure first aid arrangements on site are in line with contractual and legal obligations
- Maintain and support Permit to Work system management
- Register all toolbox talks, inductions, equipment certificates and welfare inspections in digital system
- Follow up close out of corrective actions raised by clients, consultants or internal HSE audits
- Support incident and accident reporting with facts, photographs, witness statements
- Escalate unresolved unsafe acts or unsafe conditions to Area Manager and project management
- Participate in and lead emergency preparedness drills
- Monitor welfare facilities as per company standards and legal requirements
People Management
- Deliver HSE induction to new employees, visitors and subcontractors
- Guide supervisors and foremen on HSE expectations and documentation
- Promote a reporting culture that encourages workers to raise near misses and unsafe conditions
