About the Role
PIXCOM Technologies LLC is seeking a qualified HSE Officer to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across Telecom & Power project sites. The role involves conducting HSE inductions, inspections, toolbox talks, and ensuring compliance with UAE HSE regulations and client requirements.

- Monitor workplaces, enforce compliance, and stop unsafe acts or conditions
- Support Permit to Work systems and supervise HSE implementation on site
- Investigate incidents, conduct fire drills, and maintain HSE documentation
- Ensure compliance with TAQA / TRANSCO or similar authority HSE standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Mandatory HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC, NVQ Level 3, IOSH, OSHA, etc.)
- 3–5 years of HSE experience in telecom, power, construction, or utility projects
- Knowledge of UAE HSE laws, OSHAD COPs, and permit to work systems
- UAE Driving License preferred
