Minimum 4+ years of experience in **site HSE** management within **construction or fit-out projects.**
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements as per the contract and project scope of work.
- Prepare and deliver Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Toolbox Talks to site staff before the commencement of each activity.
- Assess potential risks and hazards and provide appropriate mitigation measures during task execution.
- Maintain and document project HSE reports and share them with the main contractor as per standard requirements.
- Report all incidents, near misses, and environmental aspects on a project wise basis.
- Attend on-site HSE meetings with the contractor and client as required.
- Communicate and escalate all HSE concerns, observations, and requirements to the HSE Manager promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
