Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company HSE policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Monitor work activities to ensure safe practices are followed.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Coordinate with project teams to implement safety measures.
- Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management and pollution control.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering / Safety / Environmental Science or related field.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory).
- Minimum **3–5 years** of experience in construction or oil & gas projects.
- Good knowledge of local HSE regulations (e.g., Qatar regulations if applicable).
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to conduct training and awareness programs.
- Pay: QAR4,500.00 per month
