Job Summary
The Admin In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the administrative and coordination functions of the laundry facility.
This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing records, staff coordination, customer communication, inventory tracking, and supporting operational efficiency.
1. Administrative Management
- Maintain daily records of laundry intake and delivery.
- Prepare reports on daily/weekly/monthly operations.
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry.
2. Customer Coordination
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Ensure timely communication regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Maintain customer database and service records.
3. Staff Coordination
- Supervise attendance, duty schedules, and leave records of laundry staff.
- Coordinate between washing, ironing, and delivery teams.
- Support HR in onboarding and basic staff administration.
4. Inventory & Supplies Management
- Monitor stock levels of detergents, chemicals, packaging materials, and uniforms.
- Raise purchase requests and coordinate with procurement.
- Ensure proper usage and minimize wastage.
5. Billing & Documentation
- Prepare invoices and receipts for customers.
- Track payments, outstanding balances, and coordinate with accounts.
- Maintain financial and operational records accurately.
6. Operational Support
- Ensure proper workflow from collection to delivery.
- Monitor turnaround time and service quality.
- Assist in implementing process improvements.
7. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to company policies and hygiene standards.
- Maintain records related to safety, equipment maintenance, and inspections.
