About the Role
QTR-S is seeking an HSE Officer to develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, conduct safety inspections, ensure compliance, and manage emergency preparedness. Candidates need a Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, valid HSE certification (NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA), and 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

- Valid HSE certification (NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of safety practices in educational environments (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Arabic language (preferred)
- English language (preferred)
