- Monitor CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and security systems continuously
- Identify, assess, and respond to security and safety incidents
- Dispatch security personnel and emergency responders when required
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, alarms, and operational activities
- Coordinate with site teams, security personnel, and emergency services
- Escalate critical incidents to management promptly
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Monitor system performance and report technical issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures
- Support emergency preparedness and crisis management activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Control Room or Security Operations Center
- Experience with CCTV, Access Control, and Alarm Monitoring Systems
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications

Pay
