- Proven experience as an HSE Officer in the Construction Contracting industry or relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE requirements and familiarity with local regulations and standards
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, hazards, and risk management principles
- Ability to effectively communicate HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines to employees at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Tools
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable
