- Handle full cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL)
- Monitor project cost accounting and job costing for construction projects
- Process subcontractor payments, supplier invoices, and retention payments
- Prepare project wise budgets and variance analysis
- Manage site expenses, petty cash, and payroll processing
- Reconcile bank accounts and vendor statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and audit requirements
- Coordinate with project managers for cost tracking and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 2–4 years of accounting experience in construction / contracting industry
- Strong knowledge of job costing and project accounting
- Experience with ERP systems (Tally)
- Good understanding of UAE VAT and financial compliance
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Formulas, and Data Analysis)
- Ability to work in a fast paced project environment

Job Overview

- The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge along with experience in construction/contracting industry.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED4,500.00 per month
- Work Location: In person
