Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced **HSE Officer** to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate will support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety standards across all operations.
Requirements
- HND/HNC qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the same field and position
- NEBOSH IGC/NGC certification is mandatory
- IOSH (Managing Safely or Working Safely) and/or OSHA certification will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and site safety practices
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC HSE regulations preferred
- Strong communication and reporting skills
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Assist in incident investigations and corrective actions
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
