1️ Safety Planning & Implementation

• **Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures**
• **Conduct risk assessments and identify hazards**
• **Prepare safety plans and emergency response plans**
• **Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations**

2️ Site Inspections & Audits

• **Conduct regular safety inspections on site**
• **Monitor work practices to ensure compliance**
• **Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective actions**
• **Prepare audit reports and follow up on observations**

3️ Training & Awareness

• **Conduct safety inductions for new employees and contractors**
• **Organize toolbox talks, workshops, and training sessions**
• **Promote a safety-first culture among staff**

4️ Incident Reporting & Investigation

• **Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts**
• **Prepare incident reports and submit to management**
• **Recommend corrective and preventive actions**

5️ Documentation & Compliance

• **Maintain HSE records, reports, and logs**
• **Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards**
• **Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and safety signage**

6️ Coordination & Support

• **Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and authorities**
• **Support contractor HSE management**
• **Participate in safety committees and meetings**

7️ Environmental Responsibilities

• **Monitor environmental compliance (waste management, emissions, etc.)**
• **Ensure minimal environmental impact from site activities**
• **Report environmental incidents**
