Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely transport company staff, visitors, clients, and materials to designated locations.
- Drive employees to and from project sites, meetings, airports, and other business destinations.
- Deliver and collect documents, permits, and office correspondence.
- Assist in transporting light equipment, tools, and supplies between office and project sites.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after use.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, properly fueled, and in good working condition.
- Monitor engine oil, coolant, tire pressure, battery condition, and other maintenance requirements.
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain vehicle registration, insurance, and service records.
- Strictly comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a valid driving license and any required permits.
- Follow project site safety requirements, including wearing appropriate PPE.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with office errands, including bank transactions, government submissions, and courier services.
- Support administrative departments by delivering documents and collecting materials.
- Help with basic logistics coordination when required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information.
- Transport project personnel, engineers, supervisors, and visitors to construction sites.
- Assist in moving small tools, materials, and site documentation.
- Coordinate with site supervisors regarding transportation schedules.
- Comply with site access controls, security procedures, and HSE regulations.
- Remain available for emergency transportation needs.
- Maintain accurate daily vehicle logbooks including date, time, destinations, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Submit reports as required by management.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and courteous behavior.
Compensation
- Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
