About the Role
Indman DMCC is seeking an HSE Officer to conduct inductions, implement HSE policies, ensure compliance with ADNOC and regulatory requirements, and perform site inspections and audits in Abu Dhabi.

- Conduct HSE inductions, orientations, and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and site specific safety plans.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC, client, company, and regulatory HSE requirements.
- Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Monitor Permit to Work (PTW), Work Management System (WMS), Risk Assessments, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).
Requirements
- Experience in HSE roles with knowledge of ADNOC, client, company, and regulatory HSE requirements.
- Ability to conduct HSE inductions, orientations, and awareness sessions.
- Experience with Permit to Work (PTW), Work Management System (WMS), Risk Assessments, and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).
