Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified HSE Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
The candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, monitoring safety practices, and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness sessions.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
- Maintain HSE documentation and records as per company and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with site management to implement safety improvement initiatives.
