- Monitor contractor HSE performance and compliance

- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses
- Implement corrective and preventive actions
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans
- Deliver HSE training, inductions, and awareness programs
- Monitor environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives
- Prepare HSE reports, KPIs, and regulatory documentation
- Promote a strong safety culture and zero harm environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- 10+ years of HSE experience in metro, railway, infrastructure, or transportation projects
- Minimum 5 years in an HSE leadership/managerial role
- NEBOSH IGC/Diploma certification
- OSHA certification preferred
- ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 knowledge/auditor certification preferred
- Experience in incident investigation and risk management
- Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HSE reporting tools and Microsoft Office

Overview
- The HSE Manager is responsible for leading and managing all Health, Safety, and Environmental functions across Riyadh Metro operations, maintenance, and infrastructure activities.
- The role ensures compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations, Riyadh Metro safety standards, environmental requirements, and international best practices.
- The HSE Manager develops and implements proactive safety programs, risk mitigation strategies, incident prevention initiatives, and environmental management systems to achieve a world class, zero incident safety culture across metro facilities, stations, depots, tunnels, and rail operations.
Your role

About You
