Develop and implement RVT’s HSE strategy.
Inform and engage the Executive team and Board on HSE performance and HSE improvement decisions
Champion a proactive safety culture.
Own all policies, procedures, audits, and compliance frameworks.
Assure compliance with UK HSE legislation.
Lead responses to audit findings.
Oversee statutory inspections, equipment compliance and testing.
Lead HSE risk management with line management across RVT activities, including development of improved RAMS.
Set up RVT HSE & 5”S” program, train and implement resources
