What You’ll Be Doing
Making 25–50 outbound calls per day to professionals such as Site Managers, Project Managers, QS Managers, Estimators, Pre‑Construction teams, Buyers and H&S leads within the Construction sector.
Speaking with around 18 decision‑makers per day once settled into the role.
Building strong relationships by asking smart, targeted questions.
Using LinkedIn and other tools to research and source new contacts.
Tracking down upcoming projects and identifying where we can support clients on site.
Securing high‑quality leads and arranging meetings for our Estimating Team.
Working towards KPIs and contributing positively to a collaborative, values‑driven team culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound calling , business development or a sales environment .
- Confident, articulate and clear speaking voice with the ability to create rapport quickly.
- Resilience, persistence and a proactive attitude.
- Smart, professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Prepared and well‑researched, someone who takes initiative.
- Strong work ethic.
How Success Is Measured
Number of meaningful conversations concluded daily.
Growth of contacts and relationships within target companies.
Quality and volume of meetings booked and enquiries generated.
