- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions
- Monitor and ensure the D&B contractor's compliance with HSE standards, regulations, and project specific requirements
- Review the contractor's HSE plans, risk assessments, and method statements
- Assist in incident investigations and ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented
- Prepare and present HSE reports, including statistics, trends, and recommendations for improvement
- Provide HSE guidance and support to the project team, contractors, and stakeholders
- Coordinate and conduct HSE training and awareness programs for project personnel and contractors
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
- Promote a positive HSE culture and ensure continuous improvement in HSE performance
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on HSE matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP) is highly desirable
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in HSE management, with a focus on metro or railway projects
- Proven experience in a PMC environment, acting as a client representative
- In depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
- Experience in conducting HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and management principles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented HSE Inspector to join our PMC team for a transportation project entering the Design & Build phase.
- The selected candidate will work under the HSE Manager and be responsible for monitoring the D&B contractor's compliance with HSE standards.
Your Role
