Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update HSE management plans in line with Saudi regulations, labor laws, and organizational standards.
- Plan and conduct site tours, inspections, audits, and safety assessments across operational areas.
- Create HSE competency frameworks and training matrices and lead safety meetings, inspections, and workshops.
- Review contractor HSE plans, method statements, risk assessments, and related deliverables.
