The position requires accurate record keeping, contract analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain contract documentation.
- Manage contract filing systems and records using document management software.
- Track milestones, renewal dates, and expirations.
- Coordinate with departments and vendors to collect required information.
- Analyze terms and conditions for risks or discrepancies.
- Support negotiations with summaries, comparisons, and documentation.
- Monitor contract performance and contractual obligations.
- Generate reports and maintain active contract databases.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries.
- Support contract administration procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven contract administration or related administrative support experience is required.
- Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems proficiency are required.
- Organization, time management, and attention to detail are required.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- Contract analysis, data entry, and database management skills are required.
- Procurement, vendor management, and basic contract law knowledge are required.
- Independent and collaborative problem-solving ability is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Document management software and contract lifecycle management experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business practices and regulations is preferred.
