Role Overview
The HSE Coordinator supports the administration and continuous improvement of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program.
This role is responsible for maintaining HSE management systems, coordinating training programs, developing and updating safety policies and procedures, supporting site safety initiatives, and leading audits and inspections.
Additional responsibilities include tracking corrective actions and incident data, reviewing critical safety documentation, and performing other related duties as required.
Reporting directly to the Safety Manager, the HSE Coordinator will collaborate with and receive direction from a variety of stakeholders, including managers, project managers, supervisors, and other Milestone team members, to support the effective implementation of HSE programs and initiatives.
The successful candidate is highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
