  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, legislative requirements, and client standards
  • Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and legal compliance assessments
  • Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and control measures implementation
  • Monitor HSE performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, including root cause analysis
  • Manage HSE documentation, reporting, and support management reviews
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams on HSE requirements
  • Support HSE training, awareness, and communication across the project

Profile And Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant technical field
  • NEBOSH (Level 4 or equivalent) and/or ADOSH registration
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience, ideally within railway systems or large infrastructure projects
  • Strong experience in HSE audits, compliance, and management systems (IMS)

  • Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and corrective actions
  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

  • Profiles with system-level HSE exposure (policies, audits, governance), not purely site supervision
  • Experience in railway systems is highly preferred
  • Ability to operate in structured, compliance-driven environments
