- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project execution plans
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify schedule variances
- Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations
- Perform critical path analysis, schedule impact analysis, and forecast project completion dates
- Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams
- Monitor productivity, earned value, and progress measurement against planned targets
- Support risk assessments and develop recovery plans to mitigate schedule delays
- Participate in progress review meetings with internal stakeholders and clients
- Assist in preparation and evaluation of extension of time (EOT) claims and schedule related contractual submissions
- Ensure planning activities comply with project procedures and organizational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of planning experience on large scale engineering or systems integration projects
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 is mandatory
- Solid understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and planning best practices

Position Overview
- ARENGY is an Engineering and Recruitment Services Company operating in the Middle East from Dubai.
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner (Systems) to join a leading international engineering and technology organization delivering large scale infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling integrated project schedules, ensuring project milestones are achieved while proactively identifying risks, delays, and recovery opportunities.
