What you'll do
Lead, coach, and manage the Home Appliance (HS) Field Sales team to achieve sales, distribution, and market share targets.
Develop and execute field sales strategies aligned with company objectives and business plans.
Monitor sales performance, productivity, and KPIs across assigned regions and channels.
Strengthen relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and channel customers.
Ensure excellent in-store execution, product visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional activities.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and provide coaching and guidance.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and category teams to optimize sales initiatives and product availability.
Manage sales forecasting, inventory monitoring, and demand planning activities.
Recruit, train, and develop field sales talent to build a high-performing sales organization.
Prepare sales reports, business reviews, and performance presentations for management.
What you must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Retail Management, or Field Sales Operations.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
- Experience within consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and market share targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
