Role Overview

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and manage the Home Appliance field sales team.
• Develop and execute field sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity, and KPIs across regions and channels.
• Manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and channel customers.
• Ensure in-store execution, product visibility, merchandising, and promotions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
• Conduct field visits to evaluate performance and coach the team.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and category teams.
• Manage sales forecasting, inventory monitoring, and demand planning.
• Recruit, train, and develop field sales talent.
• Prepare sales reports, business reviews, and management presentations.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least five years of sales, retail management, or field sales operations experience.
• At least two years of leadership or team management experience.
