Role overview
Lead and manage the Home Appliance field sales team to achieve sales, distribution, and market share targets.
Develop field sales strategies aligned with company objectives and business plans.
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance, productivity, and KPIs across assigned regions and channels.
- Manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and channel customers.
- Ensure in-store execution, product visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and provide coaching.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and category teams to optimize sales initiatives and product availability.
- Manage sales forecasting, inventory monitoring, and demand planning activities.
- Recruit, train, and develop field sales talent.
- Prepare sales reports, business reviews, and performance presentations for management.
Requirements
- Experience leading, coaching, and managing a field sales team.
