- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with JAFZA manufacturing business goals, focusing on talent acquisition and retention.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for the manufacturing unit, from onboarding to exit, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback, to enhance employee productivity within the manufacturing environment.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment in the JAFZA factory.
