About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager to lead and drive strategic HR change initiatives across our organization in the United Arab Emirates.
  • The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in non technical HR transformation and change management, with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of HR operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end to end HR transformation programs, from discovery and design through implementation and post go live evaluation.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training programs, and adoption metrics.
  • Partner with HR, IT, finance and business leaders to ensure cross functional alignment and integration of transformation objectives.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget and resources, applying best in class project management methodologies.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs and deliver regular status reports to senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, validate designs and drive consensus.
  • Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding best practices into future initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 10–15 years of hands on experience managing HR transformation projects in a corporate environment.
  • Proven expertise in non technical change management methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement end to end HR processes (e.g., talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development).
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging executives and cross functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Change Management or related discipline.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).
  • Experience with HRIS implementations (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday).
  • Prior experience working in a matrixed or multinational organization in the MENA region.
