About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end HR transformation programs, from discovery and design through implementation and post go live evaluation
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training programs, and adoption metrics
- Partner with HR, IT, finance and business leaders to ensure cross functional alignment and integration of transformation objectives
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget and resources, applying best in class project management methodologies
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and deliver regular status reports to senior leadership
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, validate designs and drive consensus
- Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding best practices into future initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 10 15 years of hands on experience managing HR transformation projects in a corporate environment
- Proven expertise in non technical change management methodologies and tools
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement end to end HR processes (e.g., talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving abilities
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Master's degree in Organizational Development, Change Management or related discipline (preferred)
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) (preferred)
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) (preferred)
- Experience with HRIS implementations (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday) (preferred)
- Prior experience working in a matrixed or multinational organization in the MENA region (preferred)
