Job Purpose
To support and manage Human Capital transformation initiatives by driving PMO governance, project coordination, reporting, stakeholder management, and change management activities.
The role will ensure smooth execution of transformation projects aligned with organizational objectives and operational excellence standards.
Pmo & Project Coordination
- Support end-to-end delivery of HR and transformation projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and status reports
- Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Maintain RAID logs, governance documentation, and action trackers
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, policies, and governance frameworks
Change Management & Transformation
- Support implementation of organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Assist in process improvement and operational optimization activities
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and engagement plans
- Support adoption and transition activities across departments
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Analyze project KPIs, transformation metrics, and operational data
- Track project progress and provide analytical insights
- Support workforce and business performance reporting
- Utilize Power BI, Excel, or reporting tools for data visualization
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Operations, and leadership teams
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business units
- Support leadership presentations and executive communication
- Escalate risks and project issues where require
