About the Role

  • The HR Transformation Manager will drive end to end HR transformation initiatives across UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
  • Leverage digital technologies, optimized processes, and robust change management to deliver a future ready HR operating model that supports business objectives and enhances employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute HR digital transformation initiatives, including technology selection, configuration, and deployment.
  • Redesign and implement HR operating models to improve efficiency and agility.
  • Optimize HR processes through automation, data analytics, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee HRIS implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
  • Design and lead change management programs to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption.
  • Collaborate with regional business leaders, HR centers of excellence, and external vendors.
  • Monitor transformation metrics, prepare reports, and recommend continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of progressive HR transformation experience in large organizations.
  • Proven expertise in HR Digital Transformation, including emerging technologies.
  • Strong background in Operating Model Redesign across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated success in Process Optimization and automation.
  • Solid experience in Workforce Planning methodologies and tools.
  • Hands on experience with HRIS Implementation (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
  • Demonstrated Change Management skills with stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in MENA region (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
  • HRIS vendor certifications (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
  • Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or MBA.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Multilingual proficiency (Arabic and English).
