HR Support Officer

Role Description

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare job descriptions and related HR documentation.
• Help implement HR policies and procedures and support employee relations activities.
• Coordinate basic HR communications and internal announcements.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries and assist with leave and attendance tracking.
• Collaborate with managers on compliance with local labor regulations and company standards.
• Support HR reporting and data entry into HR systems.
• Contribute to process improvements that improve employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Core Human Resources skills, including HR fundamentals and HR management capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience applying and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and standards.
• Employee relations skills to support a positive and respectful workplace.
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate job descriptions and HR documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous HR support experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HR information systems, basic HR reporting, and UAE labor regulations is beneficial.
