Work Arrangement

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategy and lead the global finance and accounting function.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, taxation, controls, P&L, liquidity, working capital, and financial KPIs.
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to the CEO, Board, shareholders, and senior leadership.
• Lead financial modelling, scenario planning, reporting, governance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Manage banking, investor, shareholder, auditor, tax adviser, and other financial-stakeholder relationships.
• Support fundraising, financing, investments, acquisitions, strategic projects, tax compliance, and external audits.
• Oversee finance systems, ERP platforms, automation, process improvement, and cost-control initiatives.
• Lead and develop the finance organization and support expansion across subsidiaries and business units.

Experience and Capabilities

• Strong strategic finance and commercial leadership capabilities are required.
• Strong corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning expertise is required.
• Experience with P&L, cash flow, treasury, working capital, financial controls, risk management, and governance is required.
• Strong analytical, strategic decision-making, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and communication skills are required.
• The role requires the ability to work with CEOs, boards, investors, banks, auditors, and senior executives.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills are required; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE or GCC experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• ACCA, CPA, CA, CMA, or an equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.
• An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Typically, 12 or more years of progressive finance and accounting experience are expected.
• Previous CFO, Deputy CFO, Finance Director, Group Finance Director, Regional Finance Director, or equivalent executive experience is preferred.
• Experience managing a full finance function and significant financial responsibility is required.
• Multi-entity or international finance experience is highly desirable.
