Role Overview
Oversee a wide range of Human Resources functions.
Support employees and management and help maintain a professional, productive work environment.
Supervise the HR team, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance and deliverables.
HR Operations and Recruitment
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day HR operations.
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition from manpower requests through onboarding.
- Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and HR needs.
- Monitor employee contracts, renewals, and related employment procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Employee Administration and Support
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate payroll data, benefits, and related HR information.
- Follow up on employee insurance, government-related services, and other benefits.
- Handle employee inquiries and employee relations matters.
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees, supervisors, and management.
