1. Support the Human Resources team across all areas of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, employee engagement, HR systems, and other programs and initiatives. 2. Assist with HR projects, research, reporting, data analysis, presentations, communications, and process improvement initiatives. 3. Support HR administrative activities, including HRIS data entry and auditing, employee records, documentation, scheduling, and general department coordination. 4. Participate in HR meetings, site activities, employee events, and cross-functional initiatives to gain exposure to HR operations and the mining business. 5. Interact professionally with employees, leaders, candidates, and other stakeholders while serving as a positive representative of the Human Resources team. 6. Maintain an uncompromising commitment to confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive employee and business information. 7. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, environmental, confidentiality, and Code of Conduct requirements, and work without risk or harm to self and others. 8. Perform other related duties, projects, and assignments as directed by Human Resources leadership.
