- Manage end to end employee lifecycles (onboarding to offboarding)
- Oversee local government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad)
- Ensure absolute compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and Nitaqat targets
- Partner with department heads to resolve employee relations matters
- Manage day to day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding and orientation programs
- Administer employee benefits, assist in performance management processes, and help implement and update HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1 3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia is a must
- Saudi candidates preferred
- Proficiency with HR information systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Office)
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working in manufacturing or project based environments in Saudi Arabia
- Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English)

Role Description
