- Manage the end to end recruitment process, from job posting to conducting interviews and selection
- Handle onboarding and induction activities for new employees
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Foster a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns and effectively manage conflict resolution
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices
- Processing SCFHS license application and renewal for clinicians
- Manage employee performance, recognition, and feedback processes
- Ensure compliance with KSA labour laws and regulations
Requirements
- Educational qualification in relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proven experience in HR roles, with specific experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Experience in professional license application and renewal process is desirable
- Speak Arabic
- Have healthcare experience

Role Description
- The post holder will play a vital role in managing a range of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, offboarding, aligning HR policies with business goals, compliance with healthcare industry regulations and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, from job posting, to conducting interviews, and selection.
