Jet International Logistics Middle East DWC LLC is looking for an HR Specialist to manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, and handle visa and immigration formalities in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.
- Handle all visa and immigration formalities, coordinating with PROs, authorities, and internal stakeholders for timely processing.
- Oversee vendor management activities, including Visa process, payment coordination, invoice verification, and alignment with finance teams.
- Handle employee relations issues to ensure that the processes of dismissal, resignation, and disciplinary action are legal and compliance.
- Ensure the unified and efficient execution of regional HR work.
- Handle employee conflict and theft cases in warehouses, taking necessary action in alignment with UAE labor law.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in HR domain.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Immediate joiners required.
- Candidate should be inside UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Ready to work in Abu Dhabi, ICAD 3.
